My name is Richele Landa, and I am running for Franklin County Presiding Commissioner. I live in Pacific, Missouri, and I have spent more than 20 years working as a business analyst and ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in continuous improvement.
My career has centered on solving complex problems, improving processes, and using data to create long‑term, sustainable solutions. That experience has prepared me to bring accountability, transparency, and common‑sense decision‑making to county government
This campaign is not about me—it’s about us building a Better Future for Our County Together.
The people of Franklin County deserve leadership they can trust, with Transparency, Accountability, Results. My pledge is to keep listening, keep learning, and keep working to earn your trust.
Franklin County needs responsible growth development per the Franklin County Master plan. Responsible growth that focuses on balancing economic development with environmental sustainability and community wellbeing.

Franklin County
I want to ensure there is transparency across the board on ALL issues.
I would like to ensure that all meetings are open to the public, no more closed meetings.
I would like to change the time of the Commissioner meetings and workshops to the evening so the public can attend.
I will work to ensure that Commissioners recuse themselves from voting on issues that they can profit from in personal business.

NO DATA CENTER
I am firmly against any data center in Franklin County and my stance has been clear since I filed for candidacy.
I will strive to make every rezoning for a data center put on the ballot for Franklin County residents to vote.
I am NOT related to a current Franklin County Commissioner!
I do not have a business that profits from Data Center construction!

OTHER ISSUES
My pledge is to keep listening, keep learning, and keep working to earn your trust.
I appreciate the importance of many other issues in Franklin County. I am committed to listening, learning and diving into each topic to truly understand all the existing perspectives of the residents.
